1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, 35 years or over, except employees of The Beauty Clinic Clevedon Ltd, and their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.

2. Details regarding how to enter as published form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The finalists will be chosen from all entries received by the closing date.

4. All entries must be received by the published closing date.

5. The finalists will be notified by email or telephone within two days of the published closing date of the competition and must be able to attend the Finalists Reception on Wednesday 29th July at 6.30pm to meet the judging panel and have a skin analysis.
All entrants will receive a voucher for a complimentary Beau Visage Skin Scan analysis at The Beauty Clinic.

6. The prizes as published are available on the date of publication. The prize is subject to availability and skin suitability. All prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The competition organisers reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.

7. The winner will be required to participate in publicity. Note that by entering into this competition you agree to have your name released as the winner together with before and after photographs, should you be chosen as the winner of the prize. By submitting an entry to the Competition, you give The Beauty Clinic permission for your entry to be published on the Beauty Clinic website and in local advertising and grant non-exclusive, royalty-free, licence to republish your before and after photographs in electronic format and hard copy for purposes connected with the Competition. Also the right to use your name, age and town or city of residence for the sole purpose of identifying You as the author of your entry.

8. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
