Rita Allen
| The team is lead by clinic director Rita Allen. She trained at the CIDESCO accredited Sussex Beauty Training Centre in 1985/86. The Beauty Clinic began a year later with one goal - to consistently strive to exceed customer expectation. Over 20 years later, and still evolving, The Beauty Clinic leads with innovative treatments, a professional and knowledgeable approach, and above all with an honest client focus. Rita manages the business and sees clients for specialist IPL treatment, facial techniques and electrology. |  |

The Reception team
| Often your first point of contact - Charlotte or Sarah will be there for you in reception and over the phone for bookings, sales, and enquiries. They are on hand to help you choose a special gift and wrap it to perfection, or show you the latest trends in colour cosmetics with a mini makeover, or help you find your perfectly matched foundation for colour and consistency Charlotte - Reception Manager “I had been coming to The Beauty Clinic for years as a client. Sarah - Receptionist

Carol - Assistant Clinic Manager
| Specialising in IPL Skin Rejuvenation and facial techniques, Carol has worked with Guinot, Darphin and Decleor skincare for over 10 years at The Beauty Clinic. There are not many skin conditions she hasn’t seen and treated. Many satisfied clients have passed through her capable hands. “ I love being part of a professional team, with the same shared goal. Over the many years that I have been a therapist, I like to feel that I have developed an empathic understanding of my clients; that clients can be truly at ease with me, and be comfortable enough to talk about any concern in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Sarah T - Senior Therapist
| Sarah joined The Beauty Clinic in 2006. Her specialist background is in holistic therapy. She brings her healing hands to the complete range of Beauty Clinic treatments that she provides. She is fully trained and experienced in IPL, Guinot, Darphin, advanced waxing, and holistic therapy including reflexology and reiki. “It’s great being a Beauty Therapist here because we offer such a variation of treatments, and meet so many interesting people, it’s impossible to get bored! I really enjoy giving treatments to my clients, it’s great to have a friendly chat and a giggle sometimes. It’s not just another beauty treatment, it’s so much more - an opportunity for positive change, and ‘time out’ from the hustle and bustle of every day life.” Sarah. |

Kellianne - Skin specialist
| Kellianne gained valuable experience working for premier cosmetics company Decleor for 2 years as a specialist skin consultant before joining The Beauty Clinic in 2007. Kellianne provides an excellent level of service and meticulous attention to detail in all beauty, spa treatments, and grooming essentials. Her speciality is in her knowledge of skincare and treatments from Decleor, Darphin and Guinot. “Beauty therapy has always been a passion of mine - I absolutely love my job. To find a team which feels so comfortable together, helping and working with each other, just as a loving family would do, is just so amazing. We all get along so well, and have consideration for each other, and our lovely clients.
